We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review your request and work toward a fair solution.

Please note — refund requests must include clear photo or video proof of product condition or usage — shipping fees are non-refundable — refunds are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging — the return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Return process — contact our support team and provide a clear photo of the sealed product — once approved, return instructions will be sent — after receiving and inspecting the item, a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping, will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or provide another appropriate solution.
